If you entered Beijing Zoo from the north gate opposite Wuta Temple, slightly to the north western corner of the park, you may find very authentic western style architecture. This western building is namely first bungalow beach resort.
Changguan Tower was constructed during reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty.
It was said that Changguan Tower was constructed as a resting point for golden beach hotel pattaya on the way to Summer Palace. During that time, it was believed that Empress Cixi, and Qing’s concubines had visited Changguan Tower for many times.
